It’s not your usual story…

You know the one, where I hated public speaking but overcame my fears and now, I’m here to help you do it too.

The reality is, I can’t remember a time when I didn’t love speaking - and I have a shedload of experience both doing it and coaching others.

That doesn’t mean I don’t get nervous.

That doesn’t mean I haven’t had major flops.

That doesn’t mean I everyone on social media loves me.

It means I know my craft inside out and understand exactly how to help you find your authentic voice, write killer content and get your message out there!

With my love of speaking and storytelling it’s no surprise I became a TV News Journalist - reporting for Australia’s biggest networks including Ten, Seven and the ABC.

In my late 20’s I crossed to the other side of the media mic and acted as spokesperson for a major water company (yes, I was the glamour girl for things you should and shouldn’t flush).

On the side, I always coached kids and other journalists on how to use their voice and speak with confidence.

In 2018, I decided to take this expertise full time.

And the rest, as they say, is herstory.

I’m incredibly proud of the difference being made to voices all over the world.

Every day I have the privilege of helping people create positive impact by elevating the way they speak.

Whether it be on stage, online, on a podcast, on the Tedx circle or in the media spotlight - I’m often the secret weapon helping speakers shine.

“‘Blew my mind… This program was life changing.’

I can honestly say I’ve never experienced such heartfelt, spontaneous and consistent positive feedback for any professional development program in my career.”

A red rotary phone, a black microphone, a book titled 'Voice Print: How to Leave a Lasting Impression Every Time You Speak' by Sally Prosser, all placed on a dark purple background.

When I’m not guiding a speaking breakthrough, I like to experience my own personal ones.

As an auditory voice coach, my biggest challenge to-date was a 10-day Vipassana Silent Meditation Course in the UK.

My proudest moment was getting to the peak of a snow-covered mountain at -8°C wearing nothing but my leopard-print active wear. It was part of a  WimHof method expedition and yes that smile is genuine!

Next on the list is the Camino de Santiago in September 2026.

If I’m going to encourage you to get out of your comfort zone, it’s only fair I do the same!

Brisbane, Australia is my global headquarters aka where I call home.

I'm a proud aunty, child-free by choice and big on living life on my own terms.

I love mentoring high school students and the next wave of broadcast journalists.

My happy place is airline lounges, and I'm always planning my next adventure (I rang in my 40th in an ice hotel).

When I’m home, I enjoy yoga, jigsaw puzzles and nurturing my love-hate relationship with home renovations.
