1/ Lead with gratitude

Reframe that "boring" meeting as the incredible feat of technology it actually is. Enter every meeting like you're walking into Willy Wonka's chocolate factory for the first time. That energetic shift changes everything - your voice carries wonder instead of resignation.

2/ Offer a break 

"ZOOMTIGUE" is real - that particular fatigue from staring at screens all day. Offering a simple 2-minute stand-and-stretch or breathing exercise doesn't lose time, it creates energy and focus. 

3/ Avoid slide decks

Constant slide sharing kills the heartbeat of your message. Can you look down the barrel of that camera and speak from the heart? Your story matters more than your slides.
